"Restaurant Nora" They are touted as the first totally organic restaurant in D.C. The back of the menu contains all their sources of organic food. Even their water is 3X filtered. This is world class - Michelle Obama took the Prez there for his B-day! Everything on the menu is excellent. The area is busy and you need the valet service to find a parking spot. Closed on Sundays. Fine Dining & Organic Nora's is distinguished by it's organic (and frequently locally grown) menu, but if you didn't know that you would just think it was a superb and cozy place in the heart of DC. Be advised, it is pricey.
Anyone know if I can use my $160 wedding gift certificate to Restaurant Nora at another restaurant? I know sometimes restaurants arrange this when they go out of business. I emailed the restaurant and Nora herself on FB and no response. Thank you!

The corn, shrimp,and crab salad was a gastronomic delight! Verything about our meal was excellent. We loved the steak,,gnocchi, and the plum crumble. Thanks for a memorable dinner.
The food was exquisite and an incredible food experience!
Seriously the best meal I've had in a very long time. It was that good!
