Exquisite food, great atmosphere and excellent service. Definetely the best meal we had in Washington, DC this time, and all the other restaurants we went were also good. I highly recommend it.
I've gotta tell ya, it just doesn't get any better than this. Nora's kitchen uses only fresh, locally-grown, natural, pesticide-free, organic ingredients. Yet Nora's recipes are not gimmicky. Though her menu does offer vegetarian options ... most dishes are not tofu and sprouts, but the same sort of satisfying meals you might find in any quality restaurant ... only better. Grissel on 2 steaks.. Had to pull out at least 7 pieces. Embarrassing ! But more embarrassing for a fine dining restaurant. One the steaks was comped.. They offered coffee and dessert for the other.. Although I had not tried to finish this.. why would I? $42? Steak.. The bartender was great service was good drinks and other food nice. Steak. Poor. I doubt think I will go back or recommend.
