It was nice to be at a job fair where it didnât feel like a âcattle callâ I was at one where you stood in line over an hour, and that didnât mean you got in to see any of the recuiters
The October 2016 reStart event was phenomenal. All companies represented were obviously seeking to fill positions and their representatives were very helpful in providing information about the company and the next step in the process. Great job!
We have been to several other career fairs (Dice, veterans fairs) and reStart far exceeded these fairs. Most of our work is at the TS level and weâve never been to a fair with this many TS cleared candidates. Almost everyone was sharp, engaging, and overall, a fantastic candidate.
A wonderful experience, not only was I able to meet like minded individuals and increase my networking contacts but I was also able to get great recommended changes on resume and re-print them out on the spot, I was also able to hand give my resumes and improve my interview skills to recruiters and hiring managers from top-notch companies.

I attended the event yesterday in Columbia ,MD for my company and was very impressed at the candidate quality and outstanding organization of the entire event. The food was amazing, and everything flowed smoothly ! Definitely worth attending.
I found this specific event (including the panel) to have been one of the most professional events I have ever attended.
Best hiring event Iâve attended in my 12 years of recruiting. LOVE the database and all of the details provided on the spreadsheet that prevent having to go through each resume to zero in on what youâre looking for. Venue perfect, lay-out perfect, information provided to attending candidates about vendors and their locations helped prevent anyone wasting their time with a vendor that didnât offer services that matched their skill sets. Which has always been a #1 huge peeve of such events.
I felt it catered to me as a job seeker/networker, which has not been my experience at other non-restart cleared career fairs in the area. For me as a job seeker/networker, that was by far the most productive career fair (cleared or uncleared) I have been to.
