Such an amazing and beautiful space. From the moment you walk in you know you're going to have an amazing experience. Lindsey and Lisa are so welcoming, will explain everything to you, and answer any questions that you might have!
This is my favorite ninety minutes. I float and get lost in a pod with no lights or no music. I experience a feeling of well being that is indescribable. Every ache and pain is eliminated. I can't wait until my next float. I highly recommend it.
It's euphoric. The atmosphere is serene, it is very private and most importantly, relaxing. Cannot recommend highly enough.
Such a unique experience where I achieved deep relaxation. Rest float spa delivers a serene, clean space where you can shut out the sights, sounds & concerns of your life and reach an other-worldly feeling of peace. Highly recommend.
I had the most amazing experience. I was nervous at first, not knowing what to expect and feeling I wouldn’t last in the pod for an hour. When I first got in , I closed the pod and shut off the light. At first , I was like no way am I going to be able to relax. After about 10 minutes of placing my hands in different positions , I allowed myself to just let go of all my anxiety and stress and just float. An amazing experience. After an hour session in the float pod, I felt completely rejuvenated and stress-free. I can’t wait until my next session!
Totally awesome ! If you haven’t tried it yet I highly recommend it. I felt refreshed and recharged.
Very unique, Zen experience being in complete solitude and your body suspended with no pressure at all. Great environment to quiet the mind and meditate. Highly recommend to give it a try!!
