I suffer from chronic pain caused by autoimmune disease, floating was the first time in a very long time where I finally felt relief. I came out feeling relaxed and renewed. I highly recommend this not only for pain but to relax your body and mind, the effects are long lasting!
I absolutely love this place, the atmosphere is perfect for restoring your mind, body and soul. Lisa and Lindsay are so helpful and friendly you will definitely want to continue floating.

This was my first time floating. I was a bit nervous but very excited too! The facility is immaculate and the decor is very soothing! I was given a tour and instructions and was able to begin immediately! I had my choice of float room or pod. I didn't have to bring a thing if I didn't want to!
