From the moment you walk in, a beautiful locale, the colors, the sounds, the smells, all 5 senses are involved in getting you to a sense of peace and calm. I've floated twice and each time I've gone in with a migraine (a chronic sufferer) and left the session with the migraine gone and all of the muscles in my body fully relaxed. The space is gorgeous and the experience is better than any massage/spa I've been too...highly recommend for those looking for a holistic alternative to mitigate pain and stress! I'm a believer!
What an amazing experience! Today was my first day at Rest Float Spa. I️ was SO relaxed and impressed by my float. I️ felt truly amazing and rejuvenated afterwards. Thank you to Lisa and Lindsay for being so welcoming! You will definitely see me again!
This was an amazing experience. I can’t remember feeling so relaxed, peaceful and disconnected yet connected at the same time. I am still shocked that I fell asleep but I woke up feeling refreshed, content and energized. I can’t wait to go back!!!
