I was very nervous about floating in the pool because I suffer from claustrophobia. But the experience was so amazing and relaxing. I actually was able to disconnect and connected with the water . I will definitely come back!
So so good! I can't believe how much better I feel after this time with my herniated discs and my mind. You have to see for yourself.
