I first met Ressie Wilson in 2010 when she leased our house to an active duty Air Force SGT. When we were ready to sell the home in 2024 we reached out to her and executed a sales plan. Two sets of open houses later we had received in excess of 8 offers. She coached us into "staging" the house which proved to be very helpful in showing the house.
