Ressie is amazing! Not only is she detailed and very thorough but does what's best for her clients, ALWAYS! Ressie assisted my husband and I with the purchase of our townhome as well as with leasing it after a few years. She went above and beyond when it came time to listing it/showings and found tenants very quickly. We are truly grateful for Ressie and will continue to work with her in our future endeavors.

My wife and I had the unfortunate pleasure of working with Ressie during the search for renting our future home. She completely mishandled the transaction in numerous ways. We were misled by her disclosing pricing #s that were never pre-approved by the landlord. Our concerns with the property were not properly communicated to the landlord when discussing details/concerns about the property. I first met Ressie Wilson in 2010 when she leased our house to an active duty Air Force SGT. When we were ready to sell the home in 2024 we reached out to her and executed a sales plan. Two sets of open houses later we had received in excess of 8 offers. She coached us into "staging" the house which proved to be very helpful in showing the house.
