Suite was just ok for the price. Nothing Spectacular 
Awesome time, great shows and great casino staff. Food is outstanding
First time at the slots won $300. Accommodations were great and conveniently located
Never staying here again, to top it off I never got my 100$ deposit refund I’ve been waiting for a call back called a manager no answer left messages nothing back it’s been over the time period and still no return.. then I had a NAPKIN IN MY BED at the resorts. This was when we just got our room, then it took 2 hours to get a room and the elevators were always saying we’re having technical difficulties so it made me and my friends scared to even use them, just not a good experience nobody is calling me back and I’m probably ... read more
Love resorts, recently stayed at Harrah’s and am never going back! Resorts has the nicest employees and customer service
People were very nice. Food was excellent. Room was beautiful. Coming back soon.
Just got back for a 2 nite stay Ocean tower is nicely renovated but bathroom still needs bigger counter but star of show is Mario at front desk did all he could to meet our needs since we had 3 rooms .

What a mess. Alot of stuff isn't complete. The lines for reward cards and hotel check in are outrageous. Definitely not ready.
So much for the renovation. There’s still only 3 tiny shelves in the bathroom right above the toilet. Where are you supposed to put your toiletries, so they don’t land in the toilet. Also, not one hook in the bathroom so basically you have to put your towel on the floor while you shower OR walk across the room dripping wet where the towel rack is.
