I have observed them frequently walking throughout the community, assisting residents and showcasing the complex. STORY FROM A 7 YEAR RESIDENT: My fiancé & I moved in together in 2016 and initially everything was great under that property manager. However as years went on, the property management company changed to Pedcor Living. Shortly after that everything changed for the worse. The demographic of the tenants changed it was quite impossible to live comfortably. Neighbors would have multiple guests, loud music, and treat the parking lot like their own mechanic. This was the best place I have ever lived, peaceful and quiet, apart from that I loved the design of the apartment. I lived there for 3 years, unfortunately in that time I could no longer afford the rent, but I would like to come back.
I use to live here for 3 years. The apartments inside are nice I’ll give them that. Other than that, there is no amenities, it’s expensive, the parking situation is a disaster, and the office lady is extremely rude and useless. Don't live here!!!
