This is the worst apartment complex I've ever lived in. From maggots in the carpet, to no hot water for days, to trash piled a mile high at the one and only dumpster; this is the worst apartment complex in Austin. They've been through 4 different managers in the 6 months that I've lived here. They force you to pay $65 a month for cable, even if you don't want it. Moved in and the apt. Had bed bugs, then the manager Tammy said I was responsible for the treatment which was $400+ & I hadn't moved anything in but mop, and cleaning supplies to clean my new apartment that should've been cleaned by the apts. I can't wait to move out of these crappy Apartments. It takes them forever to get to your apartment to fix anything. I was late on my water bill one week and I was served eviction papers! Everything else was paid and I was one week late and I was served eviction papers. As of today,6 people that have been my guests have BEEN TOWED for the stupidest reasons. 6 people! Sadly I'll be stuck at this crappy place for another 6 months!!! Horrible management and maintenance that can't even do their jobs right, that costed me 2 days of work, and having to vacate for a week due to hazardous unhealthy conditions!! Took them almost a month to fix water damage and mold issues caused by it. They can't even waive a $30 late fee after costing me over $300!! One of the worst experiences with Apartments!!
