Clinic very close by ,subway accessible. Friendly ( very) front desk . Reasonable rates . Complimentary bananas & apples. Highly recommended .
Worse hotel experience I have ever seen. The front desk manager was completely rude, when I asked to speak with the GM, he was even worse. Had no time to listen to my concerns about how Dirty the room was. The sheets were dirty, when I asked for clean sheets, I felt I was an interruption to there day. The garbage we're not emptied and I had dirty towels in my room. Very unimpressed with the hospitality they offered, especially the general manager.
This hotel is clean, well staffed and very accommodating to the specific needs of families who are receiving treatment at Mayo!
They have Great staff and wonderful accommodations.
Service was very polite and helpful. Room I stayed in was awesome. Will definitely stay there again.
RESIDENCE INN - MAYO CLINIC AREA IS ON OUR LIST AS THE BEST PLACE TO STAY IN ROCHESTER ,,, VERY ACOMEDATING & FRIENDLY STAFF ( DELSIE ) @ THE FRONT DESK MADE OUR STAY THE BEST THAT IT COULD BE ... VERY NICE ROOMS , FREE FRESH COFFEE AVAILEABLE ALL DAY... YOUR DOING A GREAT JOB !!!
