Very disappointed in their follow through on items I forgot in my room. I left some items in my room last week, was distracted because of surgery the day I checked out. When I called a few days later, I was given lip service from housekeeping manager about her partial search. They have flowery words on the wall of the lobby about how they partner with Mayo patients and help with healing. Really? Not for me.
