RecommendedI'm on the 9th floor in the Suites, my room is awesome. Tae at reception desk was wonderful, and the Manager Sara, completely the best thing that has happened to this hotel in years, I've been a Marriott member for 15 years, I enjoy my stay at their hotels,
We had a reservation for a room with a full kitchen. We checked in, go to our room only to find out that they gave our reserved room away and did not say anything at check in and were still going to charge us the higher rate for the suite which they gave to another guest. We chose this location for the convenience of being able to cook our own meals as well as the movie theater and arcade in walking distance. They are thieves and management is getting away with it. they tell you you have 48 hrs prior to cancel but charged me two weeks in advance! disgusting business ethics poor management
I stayed for a couple of weeks while my house was being rannovatedband I had a great experience. The fact that they’re pet friendly was a huge bonus for me. My room was very comfortable, and the staff all really went above and beyond to be courteous and accommodating. They were very flexible when I had to extend my stay. Would highly recommend, especially if you’re looking for a place where you can bring a pet.
I had a beautiful stay at this hotel for my wedding. A hidden gem in new Rochelle and I’ve gone to the area several times in my life. The staff was very friendly and very accommodating. I do wish my guests knew about the parking. I did tell them all but that was a while ago and the staff didn’t tell my guests there was a parking pass and finding the area for the hotel parking was a bit confusing. Great facility...centrally located...so many Sigma Delta Phi brothers stayed her for our 50th anniversary it seemed like a Frat House.
