Although the hotel was fine, the management is awful. I had a documented, guaranteed rate through Marriott Bonvoy they refused to honor. When questions, Mr. pillow, the manager dug in his heels and became extremely unprofessional. I am having to dispute the charges with my credit card, as I clearly have documentation of one rate and he charged me greater than $100 more than that documented rat per night.
Me and my husband recently stayed at this residence inn and I must say, the rooms were lovely. So modern and beautiful. However, the older woman we encountered was nothing but nonchalant and rude. I'm new to experiencing Marriott hotels but I didn't think that service would be so abrupt and inconsiderate from this individual. We had such a wonderful experience at the Marriott Residence Inn in Franklin. A huge thank-you to the managers Andrew Pillow and Liz Agosto, and the entire crew, for taking such great care of us during such a challenging time. Joy at the front desk is beyond rude and is not even close to excellence I’ve experienced in 23 yrs of traveling with Marriott. This location needs to step up their game. This girl is not who you want as the face of your company
