I was there recently for a short overnight stay. I was told I’d be charged a pet fee for the extra cleaning that had to take place once I checked out. The room when i checked in was filthy! There is no extra deep cleaning that is being done once I leave with my pet because they don’t clean! We had food under the beds, hair and dust in the vents, crumbs on the pullout couch, hair left on the shower! I’ve left a vm for the assistant manager and no call back.
