We were in town for Women’s NCAA Regional Tournament. The hotel was quiet and the room was clean. If you don’t mind walking, you can walk to Publix, restaurants, and Starbucks, less than a mile away. We were disappointed with the price of parking, $25 per day for an uncovered small parking lot is too much. We stayed at a Residence Inn in San Jose with a covered and more secured parking lot for $15 per day. In addition, the breakfast was subpar. Not happy to park my car in a lot on the side of a hill with intermittent showers. Breakfast was so-so. Mentioned to the receptionist that there were no hand towels in the mens room. She told me they would fix it. Came back four hours later, and still no towels. Next time, I'll stay across the street at the Hilton with indoor parking.
Huge shout out to Sakina at the front desk. I have stayed in many hotels and have rarely run across anyone as nice as her. Everything about this place is wonderful for the price. I highly recommend it. Everyone there is so nice. You don’t often see that in the hotel, industry, sadly.
