Rude management!! A friend of mine lives here and her parking sticker had fell off so they towed her car!!
Management is unprofessional and will tow their own residents cars to a extremely shady and unprofessional towing yard on the far end of charlotte instead of using one of the 5 local towing yards that would be more professional and of course much cheaper.
Beautiful property. Marquest Brice is the best. Made moving in a snap. Love the pool & game room. Thanks for the Starbucks coffee too. Great for dog moms & dads. I enjoy being able to go for a walk on the river everyday & see the wildlife. I’m hoping to live here a long time.

I have rented kayaks on 3 occasions and also a pontoon boat from Tailrace Marina. Not only is the marina immaculate but also overly charming. The owner Ken has a stellar personality , always a professional and very friendly, as do any and all employees. The rates are over the top fair if not low...I plan to buy a boat this summer and dock there with them as in my opinion there is no better marina in the north/South Carolina area.
