It is difficult to get any sleep these past few weeks. Parties going on in the pool till all hours. No one enforces the hours. Not happy about this. Please do something.

Don’t know why so many people are bagging on management... moved here recently with my girlfriend and both Thomas and Maggie were extremely helpful in accommodating our move in every way they could. Every time I called with a question, they answered. Great small community with a bar/restaurant in the parking lot, what more could you ask for? Thomas Bailey, the manager is so rude! He acts like he is above everyone and does not seem to care if you rent an apartment from Tailrace or not. The price that the residents pay for rent at this complex is absurd. Hopefully this review will help future renters to stay away from this complex.
Thomas the “ manager “ is VERY disrespectful. Him treating his residence the way that he does, and storming around like a 4 year old is going to end up losing you guys a lot of business. It’s a beautiful place to live, Maggie is the sweetest thing, and goes out of her way EVERY single moment to make everybody happy. When you pay the prices that we all pay to live here, we expect to be respected.
RecommendedResidence at Tailrace is a beautiful facility with amazing views and the nicest staff. The delicious food at J. Peters next door is just an added bonus. 😉
