Living by the lake is super convenient and relaxing! I really enjoy the amenities and the convenience of J Peters in the parking lot! The Residence is a great place to live!
We moved in back in March of 2017. Love living here. Jessica and Thomas do a top notch job keeping us all happy. The view from my balcony is great! Love leaving my windows open this time of year!
So happy to have FINALLY been able to move out! Worst experience I’ve ever had with apartment living. Glad to finally have a home that I can go to without having to worry about where I park or if my car will be there in the morning when I wake up to go to work. Plus, I’m so happy that I don’t have to deal with the rude management anymore!

Great staff and great location!
Lived here for a year. It was a beautiful apartment building! However the walls and floors are so thin you hear everything!! Could even hear dogs barking 4 doors down (when I was in my bedroom)-the one away from the hall. And could even hear when my neighbor above me went to the bathroom �Other then that it was lovely.
Gorgeous upscale property with all the luxury of living in uptown but right on the water. The staff is super professional and helpful.
Jessica is a great addition to the staff. She is always very helpful and friendly.
