I have been calling, emailing them and sent mailed correspondence and no sort of communication. No one from this office or leasing offices reaches out to resolve anything. The community I lived in was Resia Dallas in Texas and I moved out on 2/28. The office added an additional day of rent and also charged me for damages made by maintenance. This is the most unprofessional place I’ve ever dealt with I moved out of this place two months ago and I still have not received my security deposit check every time I call nobody answers!! They are scammers stay away people if you don’t want to be robbed!
Do not move here. The old cutler location specifically! The staff is unprofessional. Manager is never available. Always in meeting and is very rude and disrespectful. They improperly filed an eviction, threw out my belonging and nothing is being done about it. No solutions. No accountability. I’ve been given the run around with NO HELP! Save yourself the headache and don’t move here!
