thanks so much – This most recent home purchase was our 5th so we have some experience with this. This time though, my husband was deployed, I was living out of state raising a toddler and pregnant all at the same time. Instead of this being the mess I had prepared myself for it was very easy and almost fun! Paul was great and took care of everything, he went above and beyond to make sure we got a fair deal and the sale closed before my due date. I have recommended Resh Realty and especially Paul to several people.
Bad business! – Dont use this company! They ask you to sign an agreement (which you should never do to work with an agent). If in the future you decide not to work with that agent for any reason, they will sue you. If you dont use them, you have to wait 6 months to purchase a home!Some of the agents are rude and try to bully you into using them. Buying a home should be a great, memorable experience. Not one where you feel held hostage. Stay away from Resh Realty!
