Andrea was excellent. She understood my needs and did everything that was possible to meet them and make this a pleasurable experience. She was most helpful when the inspector was mistaken in an assessment and caused some concern with the buyer.
I agree completely with Muze77. It sounds like your experience was very similar to mine. Except that I didn't sign anything with them and I was still held hostage. Seeing other complaints about this company being "sue happy" I stayed with them because I was afraid to go elsewhere. TERRIBLE,TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE agency!!!

I wanted to say a thank you to the great leasing agent that helped me with a recent HUD transaction. He did a great job and went out of his way for me while out of town. He answered any and all of my questions and resolved a small issue immediately.
