Dr. Kono and Stella are excellent! They make you feel comfortable and relaxed. I would definitely reccomend them to friends and family. :-)

I really did not like the appointment reminder system. I was constantly bombarded with texts and emails, even AFTER I had confirmed that I was coming. When I came into the office for my visit, I asked to be removed from the text reminders because it was too obnoxious. I would prefer to be reminded once and that is it. Instead, I was reminded almost daily. I also did not like that when I showed up for my cleaning and appointment the dentist was not there. The staff at Palo Alto Dental Group are very welcoming, even at 7:00 a.m. in the morning! Dr. Keller is great; I like it when he draws pictures to better explain my dental care situation. Great job!
This is the best dental office I have ever experienced. Everyone is very friendly, efficient and I actually enjoy my visits!
