As far as the wait goes, a techician came into the waiting room at my appt time to explain they would be late because the current patient arrived 15 min late. Plus, the work on me was very competent and swift, so I really didn't feel like the small wait was a problem. I was impressed by the service and the expertise of the staff and DDS. Thanks.

Doc Peter Kono is the best doc I ever met. I'm not quite sure the hygenists are the best. I would like to have the opportunity to select the one that takes care of me based upon a written resume and on a successful trial. Thanks for the opportunity.
just the night before I was told that I need to come 15 min earlier and I called to say I try and I may not be able to do that then I was bombarded by 6 texts and email "THAT YOUR APPOIntment is 15 min earlier". I infact arrived 10 min earlier than my appointment was, but my whole appointment which was suppose to be 45 min was compressed to 35 min to be able to accomadate the next patient. this happened to me twice recently. based on the amount I am charged I think I need to get 45 min cleaning treatment and I do not appreci... read more
Dr. Kono was great. Explained what he would do and did a great job. Jessica was marvelous. As the procedure was happening she quietly told me each step of the way what to expect.
