Pam was late by 15 minutes and my entire dental hygiene appointment lasted 20 minutes. I have never had such a short hygiene appt, but she said I did not have much to work on. I wondered if she was trying to catch up to be on time for the next patient. Also, there was no discussion with me about when I'm due for x-rays. I had hoped to see my dentist, Dr. Iverson, but unfortunately he was out sick. I have not seen him for the past two visits.
I have been seeing Pam for 20 years. I', always happy with her work.
I was pleasantly greeted by everyone. They were able to do X-rays early, but were running a little late on the teeth cleaning (first time out of 5 visits). Everything else went very smoothly.
I am very happy with all the services and all the staff of the Palo Alto Dental Group.

I highly recommend this dental group (and often recommend them to my friends). Dr. Keller is absolutely wonderful--professional, pleasant, and thorough. Pat was my hygienist this time and she was so wonderfully gentle with my teeth. Thorough, but gentle. Thank you!
