Outstanding Dental Hygenist
I loved the new hygienest. I think her name was Tiffany. She was gentle on my sensitive gums.
Please send fewer text messages as a reminder - certainly do not need 4 or 5 reminders for each visit. It is getting rather annoying and costly - I do not subscribe to unlimited text messaging, and each text message costs $0.25. I would give a 5-star rating if not for the numerous reminders.
Hygienist's recommendations during the last visit and following them made this one brief. But waiting was longer than usual, but probably less than 15 minutes.
This form needs to be reconfigured; as it is, it requires a title and some language in this box. I'm content to just check the buttons. If that isn't enough, then remove me from your survey system.
I come all the way from Pleasanton, but it is totally worth it. The office staff are efficient and nice. Billing is always done correctly. I am happy with the service I get from dr Scott. Ruth always cleans my teeth. She does a great job, is gentle, and very nice to visit with. All-around great office.
Stella has been doing Dental Hygiene for me for a few years and I think she is excellent. Terry at front desk is also extremely good and pleasant….I am sure you know this John Carey

The receptionist was very friendly. Kathy the hygienist was professional and thorough. Dr. Keller was kind and personable as usual. There are too many appointment reminders via text and email. Once the patient has confirmed the appt, perhaps just one reminder can be sent to that device.
