Ruth was my dental hygienist. I find her very knowledgeable about dental hygiene and often takes time to explain and teach me how to take better care of my teeth. Rose was my x-ray technician and she is efficient and competent at her work.
When I called with a sore tooth and was given an appointment 5 days later, I did not realize I was booking an emergency apartment. Is there an extra charge for this?
Pam is always so nice and gentle. And Dr. Kono is awesome. Great team and I always recommend this practice to my friends.

The electronic system for appointments is neat, but stop sending so many email messages. In the last week, I have probably gotten 5 or 6 email messages related to my appointment. I know so people don't show, even with repeated reminders, but some of us keep track and need a confirmation and a day before reminder.
Dr. Kono and his team are outstanding!!
I've been using the Palo Alto Dental Group for years and am very happy with the service I have received over that time.
