Always greeted right away and never have to wait more than 5 minutes. Everyone is professional and Dr. Iverson is excellent.

My appt was scheduled at 2:30. I called to let the office know I was going to be running like 10 min lates. The lady on the phone which unfortunately I didn't get her name, was begin very rude!! I understand that it's her job to inform me if I'm going to be late more then 15 min, I'm going to need to reschedule. It was the way she sounded on the phone, when I finally got there. I really like Dr. Iverson who has been taking care of me for the last several years and Stella. I also like all the staff at the fron desk, i only have praises, no complaints.
