If I should ever have to change my visits to another practice because of the commute, etc, I will look for a practice as congenial, efficient and knowledgeable as yours.
When I left there was no one to sell me some toothpaste. All out to lunch. Not a bit deal as I can come back but....
Dr. Scott is wonderful but scheduling messed up and had me in the chair for 90 minutes. I'm sorry I can't keep my mouth open for 90 minutes so they had to put something in to keep my jaw propped open which seemed to make it difficult for dr Scott and his assistant to work. and with such a long procedure the anesthetic wore off midway causing not only discomfort but downright pain. Please make a note of this for future patients. Thank You

A year ago or so my daughter Ireland saw Dr Kono and his assistant was very rude to me and her-she was 3 years old. I talked to Dr Kono right away and he took care of the situation. For the past 2 appointments his assistant has not been present in the exam room which I greatly appreciate. Having been a patient here for most of my life (I had Dr Tabor before Dr Kono) I would not like find a new dentist for my daughter because of one person. I feel that if someone does not like to work with kids they shouldn't and that is her ... read more
