Don't live here. They will tow your car for 350 and charge you ridiculous fees. It doesn't feel like a home here. Don't be fooled by the low rent
I have lived here for a year. My car has been broken into. My girlfriends car was towed FROM A VISITOR SPOT. my very own car was towed and i am a RESIDENT!! management did not care that my car was broken into and said simply "its common at apartments". Jennifer does not care about her residents at all once you sign a lease. Besides the fact that parking is horrible. Residents with multiple cars take up visitor parking every day. I know multiple people who have been robbed that live there. Not outside, but their things end up missing in their home, meaning someone with a key gets inside and steals. Rent was raised $200 for a new complex exterior. The interior wasn't ever improved upon. Just new paint job and windows. Roaches and rats are another issue along with many others. I wouldn't recommend Anyone moving here. Unless you're homeless, then maybe consider it.
Great when your paying the old price. But not so great at the new rates. Don't expect maintenance to act on much very quickly. I've still got stuff I've reported months ago not fixed. Luckily they will fix the A/C quickly.
Do not move here, Do not let the remodeling fool you, and low prices. Ive leased a 11 month lease and my a/c in my unit has worked only for 5 months, including the cold water has not worked since the second week. However ive put in over 20 maintenance request and nothing has gotten accomplished.
