The ER nurses are horrible!!! Went today 5/8/19 and the triage nurse on staff with the bottle black dyed hair was a complete nasty smart mouth b$tch! She was wrong, unprofessional, nasty and disrespectful on all levels. I was there on super bowl Sunday this year also and I encountered 3 other nurses with the same behavior. I think research may condone this behavior because those nurses acted that way without a care or fear. I will never return there for treatment for my family ever again. First I would like to start by saying I had Open Heart Surgery on March 12 2019 I came in to the outpatient on Monday the 11th and every single person the I had to interact with was very helpful and friendly from the lady that checked me in to the guy giving away chips in the waiting room on the next day I had my surgery and I would like to thank Dr Fredrick Seligson and his team I was in great hands. Taking better care of the patrients because my husband transferred for Clinton Hospital Last Monday night and he went 36 hours without having anything to eat or drink and then had to demand to get to take a shower . He said he would never go back there again that all they wanted to do is poke and prod on him. finally I had to call them and told them to get him something to drink and eat or I was coming up to take him home and finally got him something but he was determine to come home that day. I took my Partner/ husband to the ER Sunday February 24. They took good care of him. We were there most of the day. That day was my birthday. The nurse and the one that checks on everyone bought me a piece of cake because it was my birthday. That was very nice of them.
