Research Medical Center Brookside is THE ABSOLUTE WORST !!!!! I was told “even if your fetus is dead there is nothing we can do so no need for a ultrasound “. SMH thank God I got a second opinion & my little bby is JUST FINE ‼️‼️‼️‼️
While ICU is good, and as a whole the rehab therapists are good, there are definite issues. Food services is incompetent, incapable of taking basic orders and on at least one occasion bring food the patient was allergic to. The doctors, particularly Dr. Leuder, are unresponsive to patients pain and injury complaints. Also, the medical staff resists explaining the nature of a patient’s injuries, and why they are following a give course of treatment. I saw Dr. Ahmed for the first time today in the Neurology department. He was amazing. Listened, attentive, took lots of notes, etc. His resident was also amazing with great bedside manner. I feel like I got further with them in one visit than I have in the last 6 months with my primary doctor and multiple specialists. I fully approve of the initial plan of my care and referrals placed, tests performed, etc. 100% recommend! My only complaint is someone else in the office smelled heavily of perfume. I contracted a virus while under their care
ICU staff has been nothing but excellent. From the drs, to nurses to the housekeeping. Everyone makes sure our family is being taken care of. They’ve been wonderful helping us through this hard time.
If you are in pain, don't come here unless you want to be treated like and uneducated drug addict...
This was the best experience for my daughter to have her beautiful babygirl. Thank you everyone.
Research Medical Center emergency room does patient profiling. I feel regardless what kind of medical insurance you have what kind of drug addiction you have you still should be seen for a medical issue that you have Research Medical Center does not do that
