Was very disappointed in the cleanliness..... we went to the ER and there was dead bugs on the floor and one crawling on the wall... my husband was admitted and he said he felt a bug crawl on him at night while he was asleep.....could use an exterminator!!
Great doctors and staff but we had cockroaches in the waiting room and the used a coat hook to hang up my wife's IV bag in pre op area

Incredible trauma team, that worked on me after my bike crash. Great nurses was very impressed thank you for the great care and thanks to Nurse Chi Chi and Nurse Ami especially on 6th floor great ladies
My mom was taken to the hospital by ambulance on Thursday. I been told she broke her hip, then I was told she broke her leg. I have been to the hospital on 4 occasions. No one from the hospital has told me what is really going on. I feel ignored and neglected.

Ive been in better and worse facilities. The Dr.'s and nurses were kind. Pretty punctual with meds and help. The food when it was hot was very good. The rooms however especially the floors were awful. I would not walk on those sticky nasty floors. My bed was changed once when i asked and the nurse did it. I had to ask for help with a sponge bath it wasnt offered to me. Dirty towels gowns and rags were in my room when i checked in and still there with mine added when i left 4.5 days later.
