One of the worst ran psychiatric facilities in Kansas City. I hope my letter makes it to the governor for investigation.
Our son was given a second chance at life during his 4-month stay in 1990. I am forever grateful to everyone there!

Had a wonderful experience. I was on the 5th floor and everyone was exceptional. My nurses, Ashley, Flo, and Joanna were amazing. They made being in the hospital a positive experience. The Tech, Joey was wonderful, and helped me get my meal ordered after my diet order had changed. Being a nurse myself, it's not easy being on the other side, and being a patient. I appreciate their hard work and kindness. Thank you for making a cruddy weekend in the hospital, a little better.
Dr. Blatt and his staff provided clear information about the surgery that my mother had on her back. The hospital staff on the 6th floor were diligent in their care while she was here for 3 nights. The hospital suite was clean and comfortable for mother even though she was in pain most of the time. The nursing staff did their best to keep mom comfortable. Doctor was great . Nursing staff n aids r caring an attentive. Informed my Uncle of all they were going to do ,to him in surgery. N took many test to see if he can withstand it . Glad my Uncle will be in good hands ., This Friday for surgery
Research Medical Center save my life in 2008. I was in a one-car vehicle accident and was ejected, my back was broken all but four places, I had a traumatic brain injury , my face was shattered,my neck was brojen, I mean I was just a hot mess.I was in research for two months before I went on to Rusk rehab in Columbia and had it not been for Research I probably wouldn't be here today so every time I have a procedure done coming to research is MY number one priority because they are wonderful. Went to the optical department and they were able to meet my needs. Was very happy to know that they serve Starbucks Coffees in the coffee shop. Love having that available in the community.
The worst medical facility where I've had the misfortune to be a patient and even worse when serving as a caregiver. The staff are uncaring and malicious. They are what to expect from a "for-profit" facility headquartered in Nashville, TN.
