All the staff was awesome , surgeon, and nursed as well. They were wonderful.
Staff has been fair. Caffa messed my dinner up said he would be back but wasent. Dr. Excellent.
I was pleasantly surprised at how attentive the staff was. And of course my surgeon Dr. Watson made sure all my questions were answered.
I was there with my dad for 5 days. He had to have angioplasty. Everyone treated us well. The only thing is he didn't have any chairs in his room. We asked for some but they said they were all out. Now my mother is 78 years old my dad is 80. You can't expect my mother to visit my dad for 5 days and stand. We had to bring our own chairs from home. Now I find that pretty poor care for the family to have to supply my own chair. It's not like he had a room full of people. There was only 3 of us. That's pretty sad. But the nurses... read more
Every one was kind and courteous. Felt we were in good hands.
They have a great team of doctors, nurses, and other staff. They performed my surgery on Jan19th, i was feeling sick yesterday from that, i went to the ER and immediately they were on it. I have yet to disappointed by Research Medical Center
My first experience with research my mom went last week they sent her home with a heart monitor that was effective then send that one back they sent her another one that was defective my mom is right back in the hospital for the same thing that she was admitted for it last week keep in mind they didn't have any rooms my mom stayed in the ER her whole visit there plus the rooms was dirty Blood on the floor took a while for them to answer call Lite to even help my mom to the bathroom I really don't have any nice things to say ... read more
I spent 9 days in the burn unit. Excellent care. I � them!
Came into the er at 1am In severe pain. The staff was fast and nice. They got my pain under control in 1 hour and I was discharged 20 mins after. I am thankful for the fast service.
