Overall very helpful, kept us informed of patients progress. At times though, it seemed as though we were waiting at a police station instead of an emergency room. Everyone was very kind.
We were there for Wendy's pre op appointment. It was very professional and quick.

The staff and faculty are the greatest here. I have been to quite a few medical institutions and I have to say with all my heart that Research Medical Hospital is the greatest. And their cancer staff is the absolute best at the Sara Canon facility. ������
The entire staff from checking in too pushing wheel chair out were very professional. All had great bed side manner and kept us informed on what was being done. The biggest winning point was getting IV in my wife's vein the first time. That never happens.
I was at RMC as an EMT student. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I enjoyed my time there!
