My experience at Research was top notch. I was brought in by ambulance on May 19, taken to Neurosurgeon floor, the nurses were all great. Special thanks to Dr.Blatt & his team for doing an Amazing job removing my L4 &5, also taking care of my bulging disc. Start to finish this Hospital was great

My mother inlaw was there for open heart.... The nurses staff was great and the doctors are to, but house keeping needs a lot of help....
Wonderful hospital and a great staff that truly care for their patients.
They'll save your life but ruin it afterwards. The billing refused to help set up plans or financing to bills. After the initial talk and being told we'd receive a bill after insurance. We never got a letter, and they never left voicemails(or called from what I can tell). Threw everything straight to collections, and their billing customer care is by far the most disgraceful, disrespectful, and degrading experience we have ever had on the phone. Excellent Medical center. The people that work here have always been very professional. I have nothing but great things to say about Research.
I don't like the fact that when you go to the emergency room you can't go back with your loved ones until after they are check out the (patient)if it's my husband or child I don't want to have to sit in the waiting room to find out they are going to keep him
My husband has been with Dr. Stites who is with this hospital, I can't recommend a better cardiologist! The staff is awesome as well!
So my fiance who is a security officer got jumped last night while on patrol. They took him to research. They didn't do fucking shit for him! He didn't even see a doctor. All they did was give him ibuprofen and sent him on his way. Well he went to NKC today and they told him that he has a sever concussion and that he shouldn't have been cleared from the hospital.
