I worked as a Branch Manager in Knoxville for over two years before ultimately feeling forced to resign. During my time with AWC, I truly enjoyed supporting my team, clients, and caregivers. I worked at All Ways Caring HomeCare - for right around 10 mns. I have always excelled in every job I have done. The internal office team were amazing. You have a team that cares for their employees who go the extra mile for the clients and employees. Then you get a power hungry member of management who comes in destroys the personable caring team because she just doesn't care and in less then 6 wks all staff is gone. Worst company to work for they want never answer your question very rude ..Always check your pay because it will get tampered with out the blue and the manger will act like it's the daily pay when clearly someone entering in something at odd times of the night when u have any questions they will start treating you disrespectful if you have questions they act like your doing something wrong ....This company have lied to all their employees about having PTO when we 1st got hired on and their not a such thing also friend referr... read more

This company been coming to my father in-law home for 2 1/2 years and in the last year.. it's been nothing but trouble the office staff does not want to communicate with the patient's family they're ruined on the phone.. the company gets paid good through the VA to send someone out here we have no problem with caregivers that comes out.. the best thing from the company is Robin McKnight and all I have to say is be nicer to people in show respect on the phone when the patient's family calls.. cause without the patient's y'all... read more
