This company been coming to my father in-law home for 2 1/2 years and in the last year.. it's been nothing but trouble the office staff does not want to communicate with the patient's family they're ruined on the phone.. the company gets paid good through the VA to send someone out here we have no problem with caregivers that comes out.. the best thing from the company is Robin McKnight and all I have to say is be nicer to people in show respect on the phone when the patient's family calls.. cause without the patient's y'all... read more
The office staff doesn't know how to call out on their phones!!!! Maybe you should spend time on using a phone in orientation!! Horrible communication!!
Do Not deal with these people! They're horrible and liars!!! They have sent 4 different people in the past 3 months or so to "help" my Mother. They have sent drug addicts, crazy very young people and this last one they said was in her 30's to which she was actually 19 years old and pregnant! The government is paying these crazy people for hours that they're not even showing up to work! This "company" is a lie!!! Don't trust your loved ones to these crazy people!
