I put out recycle and garbage bins, the trash pickup came early and emptied both, then later the recycle truck came through. Either they can't read or don't care. Not the first or even second time. Tried calling and they're always 'experiencing high call volume', was on hold for 10 min before giving up. You would think the people in charge of waste disposal would care about recycling.
Multiple missed pickups. Also horrible phone service. You can't even understand the person on the phone bc they're always cutting out
Lousy service!!! Truck broke down in my driveway and blocked it for hours. Few weeks later truck lost bags of trash in my drive way I called, messaged and emailed and never got a response. I cleaned it up and voila my cans are full again with someone else’s trash! Changing companies ASAP!!! Horrible service DO NOT USE THEM
They just stopped picking up will not credit and can not get a pick up. We have had a dumpster at our farm for years and that gets you nothing. No respect for customer or service.
This garbage company is a joke. They have not picked my garbage on time once. I pay them to pick my garbage up whenever they feel like it. I’ve resorted to leaving my bins out on the street since I never know when they are coming anymore.
