Large container service process is extremely poor. Customer service team is extremely friendly but the process seems to be so bad that I'm transferred constantly and no schedule is ever met. Overpriced only because I couldn't get a refund from a bin that was picked up early and empty. I gave up after an hour on the phone and four departments.
Spoke to landfill directly twice about dumping a travel trailer. At no time was it mentioned that septic and freon devices had to be removed. NO guidance on what had to be done before trailer was hauled 30 miles. There really needs to be better communication. Now driving around, trying to figure out something.

Worst experience ever…..7 kitchen size trash bags, the lady checking in at the stand said it should be like $10. When I go to leave they have the audacity to charge $38. Biggest rip off ever.
