They regularly miss my dumpster pickup and i have to always file a missed pickup report. I have tried multiple times to call and nobody ever answers or returns my calls. I have emailed corporate more than once and still no response. I would look elsewhere if you want your garbage picked up without having to report it as missed and a company that has any sort of customer service. 0/10 would never recommend.

I called and asked for a bulk pickup of 2 mattresses and box springs and they told me it all had to be wrapped in plastic to be excepted.

We currently have republic services at our home and our other property. You can do a lot online and it’s super convenient and easy! Republic is reliable compared to other companies in our area that we’ve dealt with.
