Blatant disregard to what type of hardship they may have caused. We have a video of one mover stealing an item while the other attempts to cover the ring doorbell with his body. We are discovering more and more items didn’t make it to our house in Hawaii. Thank you for making our move 10x harder. Military families beware, do not use this company if they assign them to you!
So far not a good experience, the men probably all Hispanic which I have no problem with since I’m also Hispanic but my husband is white, my husband understands most of the Spanish they spoke, he said they were very mad about the way we packed our POD, and were cursing non stop in Spanish. The movers also broke a few of our items they packed to be sent to Hawaii and left a lot of trash. I’m very upset to have to find they out they couldn’t maintain professionalism.
Absolute worst customer service. Absolute worst packing. Absolute worst logistics.

We just received our household goods in Japan. Daniel C. & Christian N. Packed our things in San Clemente,CA on 10/31/17. A few items were broken, but that is to be expected on a cross country move. The important pieces of furniture arrived unharmed and safely packed. There wasn’t a single scratch or dent on any of the bigger items. They did a wonderful job packing and were also friendly and polite the day of moving.
Not 1 piece of furniture arrived undamaged. My things that I have worked so hard for are destroyed. This was a military move! I didn't hire this company, you bid for a contract to move my house!! I picture the scene from Ace Ventura pet detective when Jim Carrey is kicking the package down the hallway because that is the only way i can imagine this amount of damahe occurring.
