DO NOT use this company Everything with our move started off well. I had a professional and timely meeting with Skip, our estimator. He handed me over to Amber, our move representative. The process was straightforward, and this was the company (Republic) that had moved me multiple times while I served in the military without issue. This company was pretty good as movers go. Roy came out a few weeks early to ensure they had a good grasp on what needed to be moved. Then packing day a crew of two showed up and they did ok. They did leave kinda early which just meant the loading crew the next day had to finish the packers job but they did so without complaint. Matt was my team lead and he was energetic and helpful. My family and I had a very smooth pack out. As overwhelming as moving can be, we were able to put our minds at ease and leave it in the hands of Republic moving. What we thought would be the hardest part turned out to be the easiest. The constant emails, reminders, and phone calls were very helpful and showed that our family was not forgotten. I couldn't have been happier with our packing crew. The company we hired to provide cubes grossly underestimated how much manpower and cube space would be needed to pack up my elderly mother's condo to move her cross country. Sean C and Joe arrived in the morning and got to work. They called in additional workers Andre and Jessie. They were expecting a four hour job and they were instead there for almost 12 hours. Scheduling for the delivery of my household goods was a month before the estimated delivery date given when I was overseas. The appointment line and delivery crew worked around my schedule and were very polite when changing their schedule for me. The delivery crew worked fast and made sure all my stuff was taken care of and good to go at the end of the day. Thanks, guys.

Just PCS'd to San Diego from Okinawa, Japan. Received my goods this morning from this company. I was given a call yesterday that they were going to deliver my stuff as well as a call this morning from Matt saying he would be thirty minutes out. Upon their arrival with Omar and Blas, they delivered my stuff in about 15 minutes confirming all numbers and boxes with me. Very fast, no problems or issues with them or the company. Thank you so much for a hassle, worry free experience.

The crew was very professional and provided outstanding customer service. This is one of the best moves I have had while stationed in the U.S. This is surely one company the government continues to use for military moves. The crew leader, Bobby, was providing constant updates on where they were with unloading/unpacking. Thanks for your hard work and assistance! The satisfaction will provide me with an easy transition to the local community and heading back to work.
