Two very amazing women came to pack us up today. They were extremely courteous and our toddler warmed up to them immediately! The conducted their work with the utmost professionalism. And I'm blown away by how QUICKLY they packed our 3 bed/2 bath home! I've never seen anyone pack up as quickly as they did. Even with efficiency all items were very carefully packed. PJ's crew delivered our stuff for our cross-country Navy move. They were fast and courteous. They were thorough putting down mats and protectors for our walls and floors and were careful with our stuff. They answered all of our questions. They helped without hesitation when we had trouble finding a few things and were pleasant the whole time. Thanks guys!!!
I gave the company 4 stars instead of 5 bc things were packed when told not to. Besides that they were friendly and were done in a sufficient amount of time.
Factor and Jonathon facilitated my household goods move. Topnotch service, very courteous and thorough through every process of unpacking and handling the administrative aspects of the evolution. Best moving experience with my household goods ever. Rating them 10 out of 10 for outstanding service over all.

We enjoyed working with Cindy and her packing team on Aug 13! They were AWESOME to work with and completed the pack-out in one day! They stayed late and got the job done with enthusiasm and attention to detail to ensure our HHGs were packed and prepared properly for transport to Guam!
