We were always listened to and never rushed. Information was given in an easy-to understand manner and we have never felt 'sold to' or rushed into any decision. Always professional and celebrated with us in our progress.
Dr. G is very knowledgeable and comforting during the whole process. The front desk staff, MA's, and nurses are awesome. They truly care about you and your ultimate goal of becoming a mother.
I have been impressed with Dr. Gililland, especially at such a hard and uncertain time. He is very calm and pays attention to details. He is hopeful and optimistic, but also direct and will give it to you straight. I appreciate that. What I appreciate most is his ability to sit down with you and make it seem like there is nothing else in the world more important to him than helping you. The doctor was very helpful and all the staff. My complaint really is the wait time but the receptionist was great at keeping us informed that he got stuck on a phone call and she gabe us two gift cards for $10 for future visits for our wait time.
My husband and I were very pleased with our experience at The Reproductive Care Center with Dr. Gililland. Our first appointment was very thorough and informative. Dr. Gililland answered all of our questions (we had a lot) and he made us feel more comfortable about our options. We have reached out to the office and Doctor personally since our appointment and have received very quick responses. This can be a scary process and I am grateful for an office and Doctor that make the process easier. Thanks!

He was very personable and helpful. He gave us straightforward information and a clear plan of action. My husband had a bit of difficulty following him because he spoke fast.
It has been an awesome experience. Everyone has been so sweet! The only thing I can think is of that has been less than perfect is that it takes a really long time to receive phone calls back after leaving a message. Some instances never getting a call back, which can be frustrating as most treatment is very time sensitive. Other than that, a really lovely office.
I have been very impressed with the doctor and staff. For the first time in this process I feel like a have an ACTIVE medical plan. I also greatly appreciate their effort to clearly explain treatments, cycle dates, and cost. I finally feel like someone cares about the struggle I have been having. They treat me like a person and not just patient!
