So far I have been happy with the flexibility of the staff. The professionalism has been great.
The staff has all explained everything in ways I can understand which has been great.
Nurses were very good at returning calls and answering questions .
Dr was kind and welcoming. Staff was nice.

It seems like my notes are not ever complete when I call or come in. I always end up on hold or waiting while they ask around or complete tasks which is frustrating. This never happens at the Sandy location so I do not understand. Staff is polite and friendly, just unorganized.
The staff is super attentive and caring.
Doctor Gililland seems very knowledgeable and we are confident we can have success.
