We have not had any results yet... we are hopeful for something positive in the coming weeks. So far I have been very impressed with the kind, compassion and concern of all staff. The nurses are always kind and helpful. The doctor is kind and answers all of my many questions. I have felt a little like the lady who handles insurance is a little short and not always willing to listen and fully understand the question before answering. However , overall we have been very happy. Thank you!
They are very friendly and explain things most of the time. One thing that I think could use improvement is in a clear and concise plan. We were doing IUI and there was no defined time limit on when to stop and try something else.
Dr. Gililland is amazing he called me after a surgery he did not even do. His staff are always welcoming.
Would not recommend this office. You never get return calls or follow ups. Makes treatment cycles incredibly difficult. Price is about the only thing that kept me going here.

Love my doctor and nurses. I feel like they are all very invested in making this successful. I scored less than perfect because of billing. The communication there is terrible and I feel like she is always annoyed to be helping us.
