Responded to a Facebook ad on a car that was for sale - talked to one guy on Wednesday who was going to send me additional pictures, take car out for a ride before I arrived - never heard back from him. Called them the following morning to schedule test drive, as I am an hour away, no one can find the car, promised a call back in 15 min once located, no call, I call back, promised a call in 5 more min, no call back...oh well just lost my business for sure!!! Horrible communication...
Since day 1 of driving off the lot in May, my car has had nothing but problems. Here I am 6 months later with a blown up motor out of nowhere... When I bought my Subaru, they put on 2 different sized tires on it which destroys the differential on an AWD car. This guys do not know cars for the life of them.
