We were very excited for another great restaurant to be opening in downtown hendersonville but was quickly disappointed. After a server got our order wrong and entered the entree version of the appetizer we wanted, the server went to the manager - who then made snide comments loud enough for us to overhear. All the while, employees are standing by the bar talking negatively about other customers in earshot. It is a world class Italian restaurant... We sat at the bar & the bartender was exceptional... He paired the wine with our entrees.. It's a wonderful place. Everyone should eat there..
Excellent food, impeccable service, and a warm and welcoming owner. I recommend Renzo's when you want to treat yourself or anyone else to a memorable and repeatable dining experience.
